* s/from speedcenter.codespeed/from codespeed/
* merged codespeed.settings into example.settings
  All settings.value are settings.VALUE now. Thus,
  django.conf.settings finds them.

This way reports are always ordered to match the dates of their revisions

This is being encouraged more and more and simplifies virtualenv setups
