Tested jenkins job

Major update at CI configuration including:
* general update at nodepool, jenkins and zuul configuration and scripts
* disable mirror configuration at slaves while we don't configure a proper mirror inside our lab 
* change deployment servers configuration
* obfuscate password from logs
* update provider configuration
* update DNS configuration
* add prefix to configuration files
* update network configuration
*  adding post build script to clean server profiles

Configuration for dsvm-tempest-ironic-{deploy_driver} and
{pipeline}-dsvm-ironic-oneview{job-suffix} where mixed. Also,
the workflow for copy-to-slave is gathered in a wrapper as the way
it was implemented resulted in the value overwrite.
This configuration is tested with jenkins-jobs and deployed in the
production environment.

Update jenkins job's  configurations
    
There are two new parameter to configure at the job builder to manage properties which once were manually updated:
    * oneview-credentials-file
    * hwinfo-properties-file
This is possible due to Jenkins' 'copy-to-slave' and 'envinject' plugins. 

This patch also disables DNSSEC check made by 'unbound' at slaves (could not resolve *.org names using LSD new DNS server).

Revert "Fixing openstack-repos element"

This reverts commit 77ed7dcc

Upstream links are not to be used to cache repos. Doing it like this, yelds to errors during dib image creation at nodepool.

The oneview-integration-tests repo was moved from Thiago's project to under
IronicDrivers project umbrella on gitlab. This patch changes the download link
for the jjb script for power & management job.

Sometimes, nodepool was creating 2 nodes with iscsi label. This should
workaround that.
