Updated influxdb version to 1.1.0

- Dropped support for Ubuntu 14.04
- Changed default credentials for monasca and admin user
- Updated ansible version to 2.2.0

Grafana build was failing becasue of dependency
management change.

The changes were based on the latest commits on the monasca-api
repository until the commit 5f37594fe705b909507a82cd2ef03c2f972fcca0
on 15-Jul-2016.

Also, added a task to drop required plugin configs on the
/root directory.

This reverts commit cdf2c9d6

    - Added configuration for the monasca-agent/monasca-user users;
    - Added variable for specifying the horizon directory;
    - Deleted tasks for removing plugins causing error, ignore
      erros instead.

- Updated ansible version to 2.1.0
- Added ansible header on configuration files
- Added configuration of NTP (chrony), monasca host as master for agents host
- Clone monasca-client instead of installing via pip on both agent/monasca
- Some changes to cover ansible-lint recommendations
